The most interesting place to be

Twenty-five years at the intersection of technology and human experience, and it’s still the place I’d choose. Not because the tech is exciting on its own — it rarely is — but because the moment it touches a person, it becomes a story.

That hand-off, from system to feeling, is the whole job. I haven’t gotten tired of watching it happen.
